Kit and Rebecca established the business together in 2016 and between them, have over 20 years’ experience in private practice, with previous experience gained from the public sector.

We are an independent planning consultancy and our expertise in the planning field is focussed on development management – from the feasibility stage right through the planning process, to determination and condition discharge. We can be as little or involved in your project as you want. We can build a team for your project and manage the consultants, or join an existing one. We can submit your application or appeal and manage the process, or simply prepare a supporting statement, and then provide ad hoc advice as and when needed, during the planning process.
